Jiji was a glamorous, magical cat with glossy black fur, but she was also down to earth. She would stare into my eyes for minutes at a time, which was very calming, hopefully for both of us. She had the craziest ears that made her even more special.

Thank you to her dedicated doctors, Dr. Godfrey, Dr. Craven, and Dr. Spies, who kept her comfortable and purring, as well as the compassionate and knowledgeable techs who made her feel so special.

Goodbye, Jiji the Witch Baby of House Ritchie, first of her name; familiar of Layla; beloved family member of Matt, Chloe, Peyton, and Ari; playful sister of The Dude, He-Man, George, and Beemo; clucker at squirrels, lizards, and ducks. Now that your pain is gone and you have crossed that bridge, take a luxurious stretch and find a warm patch of sunlight for a little nap.
