Client Story

This is a local news story about one of our best clients. Nancy Ellington has been coming to Pinellas Animal Hospital since 1976, three years after we first opened the doors and has brought every one of her many pets to see Dr Godfrey over the years. Ms Ellington is passionate about her pets and treats them wonderfully as she would if they were her own children. We see both Mitzi and Toby regularly for their spa day to be bathed and pampered and no health concern goes amiss under their moms’ watchful eye.

Catching disease issues early is key to comprehensive treatment and success. Mitzi first came to see Dr Elmer because she wasn’t going through her usual routine at home and to have a small lump checked out. We would never have thought it would turn out this way, though that attentiveness definitely gave Mitzi the edge with being able to start her treatment with Dr Oswald at Tampa Bay Veterinary Specialists in the early stages of this disease. As you can hear in the video, Mitzi is responding well to her treatment and is still able to enjoy her life along with her best pal and brother Toby. The staff at Pinellas Animal Hospital can definitely attest to the amazing bond between them, there have been many times when Mitzi has put the breaks on if she can’t see Toby coming along by the side of her – they are the soul mates of the doggy world!
