Zori: Adoptable Pet

Hi everybody! My name is Zori and I am a female/spayed red pitbull terrier. I am about 3 years old and up to date on all my vaccinations, heartworm testing, heartworm prevention and flea control. Pinellas Animal Hospital has been my family for the past few months but I would really enjoy a fenced in yard to call my own. My family here rescued me when I was just a puppy dying from Parvovirus and was about to be euthanized at the SPCA. I was under their care for weeks, got healthy, and was adopted by a great family. Unfortunately, my family was no longer able to care for me and my housemate due to unforeseen circumstances. However now, I am ready to find my forever home!

Going for walks and runs are two of my favorite things to do. Heidi is one of the technicians here and she takes me for runs in the park for a mile or so. When we return, I am tuckered and will just fall asleep in her lap. Snuggling is also on the top of my favorite things to do list.

My energy level is definitely enthusiastic! The more playtime and attention, the better for me! However, smaller animals and I tend to have disagreements so a single pet household might be best. I love kids but I am rather large so I would not want to accidentally hurt the smaller kids when I am playing with them. Laying in their laps can be fun too.

My housemate just got adopted from Pinellas Animal Hospital. It was very sad that we could not stay together but I was hoping that my forever family would let me have playdates with her and her family. Her name is Chyna…she is a pitbull terrier too and she is pretty awesome! We would both love that!

If you would like to meet me please contact Heidi at Pinellas Animal Hospital (727) 546-0005 or through email at pah@pinellasvet.com and title it: Zori-for Heidi. I hope that we can meet really soon!

Sincerely,

ZoriImage
