We have seen all the vets and techs there one time or another. They are all great! You always get a follow up text from them to see how your pet is doing! Now that’s great customer service!

I was able to receive an Appointment the same day that I called for my German Shepherd Service Dog who is Battling cancer even though we had recently moved from Connecticut and we had never been seen here before. I was so very Grateful for everyone's kindness and ability to help us with My Sweet Girl's momentary Suffering. Their Policy of Follow Up Texts and Phone Calls is really very Appreciated as well. We are Very Happy to say that we have found our New Veterinarian here in Florida on out 1st Try. They were Highly Recommended by a Wonderful Employee of Publix who gave me their Information when I desperately took a Chance and asked if she might know of a Really Exceptionally Terrific Veterinarian in this general area for my Dear Service Dog. I was at Publix buying her some Dog Ice Cream and Beef. Chicken, Pork, Rice and Cottage Cheese. I'm so glad that I asked. Sometimes Everything just Works Out Perfectly.

Pinellas Animal Hospital in simple terms is amazing! I drove by the clinic and then Googled them for reviews when I needed to get my cats in for check-ups. I see why they’ve received many positive reviews! I’m certainly thankful to have found PAH!!! My doctor and technician were incredible, from the way they talked to and handled my cats to the way they put my concerns at ease during the examinations. Caring and friendly! And with that said, I was thrilled with this place from the time I stepped into the doorway and walked out at the end, grateful throughout the experience for the competence and professionalism of the staff. They even texted me afterwards to make sure the cats were doing well. That gesture was appreciated! I’ll say it again, based upon my experience, that Pinellas Animal Hospital is freaking awesome! The doctors and staff at Pinellas Animal Hospital have always been kind and attentive to us and our animals. Our fourteen-year-old dog, Stella, just passed and PAH sent us some beautiful flowers in sympathy. It was such a sweet gesture that we cried. Thank you, all the doctors and staff. We love you for the way you cared for Stella and are still caring about Stella.
